Rosine and Mark were married in traditional style at a Syriac Orthodox Church in July. The ceremony was beautiful, I could tell even though half the time I had no idea what was being said! The day started with Rosine getting ready at home and had the help of her wonderful family and her adorable nephews. Then we were “goin’ to the chapel and we’re gonna get marrararied, going to the chapel of looooove!”
Rosine’s brother walked her down the isle. Does she look happy or what?!
Carrie got this great shot of the rings before they made their way down the isle.
After the ceremony Rosine and Mark wanted to take some pictures in the Reed College area. What a great choice, that area is so beautifully manicured and we had beautiful light! It was very close to the church and I was so happy that they alloted time to do a session with just them!
The reception was filled with dancing, clapping, laughing, fantastic food (traditional Lebanese cuisine), little nephews and smiles all around!
He was so adorable, he sang to her during their first dance as husband and wife.
This is outside Yahala, where they rented out the entire restaurant for the reception. The sun was just setting as the beautiful bride and groom left for the evening.
